Colchester is a sub-regional centre and the principal town serving the north-east Essex area, it is situated 60 miles north east of London and 18 miles south of Ipswich. Colchester benefits from good road communications via the A12 a direct link to junction 28 of the M25 London orbital motorway at Brentwood and to the A14 Felixstowe to M1 route at Ipswich. Office Layout and Description

East Bridge House is of solid brick outer wall construction, part rendered and all painted externally, beneath a pitched slate roof. The building was completely refurbished to a high standard in the early 2000’s and is regularly maintained to provide a highly attractive office location.
